Terms and Conditions

On confirmation of your booking please return the booking form duly signed with a deposit of 25% of the total rental. Monies can be paid in either sterling or Euros. Please contact us for exchange rate.
Your signature on the booking form and our acceptance in writing constitutes a contract under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
An invoice for the balance will be sent out eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Payment is required within fourteen days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within this period then we reserve the right to re let the gite booked.
Payment can be made by either bank transfer, cheque drawn on a UK bank account or by paypal (this method incurs a surcharge of 4%).
Reservations made within six weeks of the start date will require payment in full along with the security deposit.
 Cancellation at anytime must be in writing.
A deposit of £150 is required with your final payment. This will be returned to you less any additional charges for electricity & any charges to cover damages. This will be returned to you within seven days of the end of your holiday.
If notice is received more than twelve weeks prior to the booking then the deposit will be returned with a deduction of 10% of the total cost to cover administration charges. Less than twelve weeks but more than six weeks then no refund of the total deposit will be made.
If the booking is cancelled within six weeks then no refund will be made and the full cost of the holiday will be charged. We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy to protect yourselves.
We ask you to leave the gite as found if you wish us to clean it then please let us know. A charge of 50 Euros will be made for cleaning. If the gite is not left as found then the cleaning charge may be deducted from the deposit.
Included in the rental is all linen, towels, welcome pack, gas & 70 units  of electricity. Any extra units used will be deducted from the deposit
The gite will be ready at 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to leave by 10am on the day of departure.
If for any reason we cannot let the gite due to damage caused by any unforeseen events we will notify you immediately returning in full all monies paid. We cannot take responsibility for any other costs incurred.
The use of accommodation, equipment and any other facilities are done so entirely at your own risk. We cannot take any responsible for injury, loss or damage to belongings (including vehicles) what so ever.
For all children under the age of 16 years, an adult must supervise swimming and other activities. Rental charges are based on the maximum number of persons per gite as detailed.
